RCVS Academy launches survey
The online survey will be open for responses until Monday 21 November.
Academy seeks views on future content.

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Academy, the RCVS' digital learning platform, is seeking opinions from veterinary professionals on future content.

In order to develop the content the Academy provides, and tailor it to the needs of the professions, the RCVS has released a survey to gather the professions' thoughts and suggestions.

Open until 9am on Monday 21 November, the survey asks veterinary professionals what their preferred types of learning content are, such as scenarios, quizzes or interactive lessons.

RCVS Academy manager Jennifer Ayers said: “As a free learning resource that brings together expertise from the College and beyond, we are eager to continue expanding and improving the Academy.

“In order to do so effectively, we need to have a better understanding of what vets and vet nurses Are looking for. If you are able to spare 5 minutes to complete the survey, you can help ensure we are delivering learning and development to best support you.”

Respondents will also be asked whether they would like further courses on the following topics; The Codes of Professional Conduct, client communication, supporting students and new graduates, concerns and disciplinary, animal welfare issues, ethical challenges, delegation, mental health and wellbeing, Practice Standards Scheme, leadership and coaching and sustainability.

Any questions about the RCVS Academy should be sent to academy@rcvs.org.uk – feedback on the Academy is also encouraged.
