GoPet Services is seeking a small animal veterinary surgeon to join their independent practice in Bexhill-on-Sea.

Formerly a mobile practice launched in lockdown to help pet owners in hard times, GoPet Services has since opened its own practice. It has a brilliant team of vets, nurses and care assistants, and also works regularly with specialists. The practice is equipped with a suite of new equipment, including a full IDEXX in-house lab, X-ray, ultrasound, dental and more.

It's aim is to provide excellent veterinary care, customer service and to always put the patient first. Vets will never be asked to up-sell care plans or hit targets - just good old-fashioned veterinary care.

GoPet Services is hoping to find an experienced veterinary surgeon to join its team. You will be joining a supportive practice with plenty of opportunities for development. The ideal candidate will be confident with sole charge - but all applicants are welcome. This could include a new graduate surgeon.

The working hours are 8.30am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday. They open on Saturday mornings for emergency only, and are always closed on bank holidays. Out-of-hours is handled by a local emergency practice.

The package:

• Salary of 40,000 to 80,000 per year
• Full-time: 4-day week and 1:4 Saturday mornings. Part-time hours also available
