GoPet Services is looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join their independent practice in Bexhill-on-Sea. They're located just a short walk from the train station, and you can enjoy the beautiful sea view on the practice's doorstep!

The practice first opened during lockdown, as a mobile service to help pets in need with fantastic local support from the community. Since then, they have opened a brand new practice with a brilliant team of nurses and care assistants. Excellent equipment including a full IDEXX in-house lab, dental, X-ray, ultrasound and more.

They are looking for a confident veterinary surgeon, comfortable with occasional sole charge responsibility, to join them on this new venture. However, a new graduate may also be considered. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, and have plenty of opportunities for further practice and development. There is no up-selling involved, just good old-fashioned veterinary care and excellent customer service.

The practice is open Monday-Friday from 8.30am-6.30pm, and Saturday mornings for emergency only. They are closed on bank holidays, and out-of-hours is handled by a local emergency practice. There is no on-call work, and rotas can be flexible to ensure you have a good work/life balance.

Benefits:

• Salary of 40,000 to 80,000 per year (pro rata)
• Full-time: 4-day week and 1:4 Saturday mornings
