A long-established and proudly independent veterinary practice in Hereford is looking for a full or part-time veterinary surgeon to expand its current team (full-time preferred).

Holmer Veterinary Surgery is undergoing an extensive refurbishment, including the installation of a designated cat ward complete with prep-room and operating theatre. The practice can perform most orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery in house, with an experienced team who can assist in working up medical cases to a high standard.

The successful applicant will work a 4.5 day week on a shift pattern to ensure a work-life balance and enable our vets to consult and operate most days. There is a VetGDP advisor, and the practice would be more than happy to consider a new grad for the position and help start their career with full support. Salary starts from 43k, commensurate with experience.
